A Different Approach to Wellbeing

Through years of research, study and personal experience, I’ve developed a three-stage process designed to help you move from overwhelm and exhaustion to strength, clarity and renewed direction.

My coaching supports women navigating stress, burnout and life’s transitions, from midlife through menopause and into the years beyond, helping you feel more balanced, energised and like yourself again.

    A relaxed wellbeing walk for women to connect, enjoy fresh air and start the day with time in nature.

  • Finding Calm in Menopause

    Sunday 12 July | 10:00am–12:30pm
    Bledington Village Hall

    A supportive workshop for women who want to better understand menopause, stress and the nervous system.
    Co-hosted with Heather Keats, Mindfulness Teacher, this session will include gentle tools and practices to help you feel calmer and more grounded.

I’m a Health & Wellbeing Coach and Accredited Menopause Lifestyle Coach, and the founder of Pause & Reflect.

My coaching supports women navigating stress, burnout and life’s transitions, from midlife through menopause and into the years beyond, helping you feel more balanced, energised and like yourself again.

My work is grounded in a simple belief: when we create space to pause, even small shifts can ripple through every part of our lives.

For a long time, I was juggling work, family and everything in between, while slowly running on empty. When something had to change, I began searching for a different way, one that felt calmer, more sustainable and more aligned with what my body needed.

Through that process, and through my training, I developed a deeper understanding of the foundations of wellbeing, from nervous system regulation and sleep, to nourishment, movement and mindset.

Now, I offer a calm, structured space to slow down, reconnect, and move forward in a way that feels manageable and lasting.

Not through perfection, but through small, consistent steps that build over time.
